Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


🔁 Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@coverall.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping is free.

  • For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
